Role Purpose

The Commercial Operations Analyst will be a key member of the Commercial and Operations team, responsible for ensuring a fast, efficient, and frictionless execution of commercial operations, supporting sell-in performance through reporting, commercial documentation, data analysis, and operational coordination.

This role directly contributes to sales growth by improving response times, enhancing distributor experience, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Sales Agreements and commercial documentation in line with internal policies and governance standards.
Prepare and update business reports and commercial insights using Sales Force, Oracle, and other systems.
Coordinate operational logistics for the Commercial Team, including communication flows, tools allocation, and activity tracking.
Act as a point of contact for operational matters, ensuring alignment between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Mkt-BI teams.
Track and monitor commercial issues and escalation cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.


Support end users in the correct use of ERPs and reporting tools to promote commercial data literacy.
Assist in customer data quality initiatives by auditing databases and ensuring accuracy of account information and purchasing history.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency to strengthen sell-in execution.
Promote proper and efficient use of company tools and standardized processes.

Timely and accurate preparation of commercial reports and agreements.

Quality and completeness of customer data in CRM and operational systems.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, PM or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales administration, or business analysis roles.
Experience working with ERP systems, and business reporting tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Advanced English communication skills.
Residence in Mexico City only.
