The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Victorian team. This role covers South West Victoria and Tasmania and reports to our Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing business within a territory of approximately 300 veterinary clinics.
This is a full‑time role and requires regional travel (e.g., Ballarat and Bendigo).
The Challenge
You will be responsible for a broad and varied range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our veterinary partners
Conducting face‑to‑face visits to existing clinics on a 12‑week cycle
Building partnerships with clinics to support increased product usage
Developing and implementing territory and state action plans
Executing promotional campaigns
Delivering financial outcomes for territory and national budgets
Territory planning, reporting, and analysis
Using and maintaining our CRM system
About You
We’re particularly keen to hear from individuals who have:
A passion for animal health
Previous sales experience
Experience in veterinary, pharmaceutical, or allied healthcare markets
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A strong customer service focus
A self‑starter mindset with a can‑do attitude
Experience launching new products
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
The ability to work collaboratively
Tertiary qualifications (highly regarded)
