We are looking for a Veterinary Clinical Regional Leader to help shape how veterinary specialists adopt and use our strategic companion animal portfolio (CAP) across key referral hospitals and veterinary centers.
This is not a traditional technical support role.

The Veterinary Clinical Regional Leader is responsible for driving the clinical adoption of Dechra's strategic products within key veterinary hospitals and referral centers through:
- Medical education
- Therapeutic protocol implementation
- Scientific engagement
- Strategic relationship development
This role works in close partnership with the CAP Strategic Account Manager, helping transform clinical opportunities into long-term account growth. Rather than simply answering technical questions, this position helps shape how specialists think, prescribe, and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Adoption
- Implement therapeutic protocols in key veterinary hospitals
- Position Dechra products as preferred treatment options
- Support clinical decision-making in complex cases
- Translate scientific evidence into practical daily use
- Identify barriers to product adoption and propose solutions
Medical Education
- Design and deliver specialty-focused medical training
- Conduct clinical education sessions directly in hospitals
- Participate in congresses and scientific events
- Develop technical presentations and clinical case materials
- Serve as a clinical champion for assigned therapeutic areas
Strategic Relationship Development
- Build trusted relationships with veterinary specialists
- Identify and develop future Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Strengthen long-term clinical confidence in Dechra solutions
- Manage scientific discussions with credibility and confidence
Strategic Account Collaboration
- Contribute to account planning
- Diagnose technical barriers impacting growth
- Build account-specific clinical strategies
- Support sustainable growth in assigned hospitals
Candidate Profile
Education
- Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM / MVZ) it is a must.
- Postgraduate training or specialization preferred:
- Dermatology
- Cardiology
- Endocrinology
- Internal Medicine
- Pain Management
Experience
- 3-6 years in clinical practice or veterinary industry
- Experience in specialty or referral hospitals strongly preferred
- Previous technical, MSL, or training experience desirable
- Experience working with specialists highly valued
Technical Knowledge
- Strong clinical knowledge in companion animals (CAP)
- Evidence-based clinical mindset
- Ability to interpret scientific literature
- Deep understanding of therapeutic decision-making
- Knowledge in one or more specialty areas preferred
