The Opportunity 

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • collaborating closely with Global Artwork and Regulatory Affairs teams to support compliant artwork development across international markets
  • obtaining and managing key packaging information, including item codes, artwork codes, and Global Trade Item Numbers (GTINs)
  • initiating and coordinating artwork requests within artwork management systems for registrations, product variations, and new market launches
  • overseeing artwork review, approval, and sign-off processes to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • conducting quality assurance (QA) checks on artwork files to verify accuracy and regulatory compliance prior to release
  • ensuring timely distribution of approved artwork to manufacturing sites in line with regulatory deadlines and production schedules
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards
  • applying knowledge of global packaging legislation and production requirements, including batch/expiry date formatting, font specifications, and other packaging compliance standards

  • minimum education level: SSS (high school diploma)
  • a methodical, organised, and flexible approach to managing workload and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
  • excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • practical experience working within a busy office environment
  • experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within Artwork, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality functions
