The Opportunity 

The Office Manager serves as the operational anchor of our Boston site, ensuring the office functions as an efficient, welcoming, and highly collaborative hub for leadership and global teams. This role requires a professional who excels in coordination, communication, and problem-solving, and who can anticipate needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Office Manager provides direct support to the leadership team while enabling seamless collaboration for colleagues and stakeholders visiting from around the world.  This position requires full-time, on-site presence.


So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

Operational Excellence & Office Management

Organization, attention to detail, systems thinking, continuous improvement

Demonstrated Through:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and productive environment.
  • Maintaining vendor relationships, service contracts, and building management interactions.
  • Implementing efficient processes for supplies, equipment, and workspace readiness.
  • Coordinating logistics for onsite meetings, workshops, and global team visits.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Collaboration, interpersonal communication, customer service orientation

Demonstrated Through:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, leadership, and global visitors.
  • Building strong relationships across departments and time zones.
  • Ensuring visiting colleagues have the resources, workspace, and support needed for productive collaboration.
  • Representing the company with professionalism and warmth in all interactions. 

Executive & Administrative Support

Prioritization, discretion, reliability, executive presence

Demonstrated Through:

  • Providing administrative support to leadership team members, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management.
  • Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and documentation.
  • Supporting planning and execution of leadership offsites, board meetings, and cross-functional events.
  • Managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion. 

Global Collaboration & Communication

Cross-cultural communication, adaptability, digital fluency

Demonstrated Through:

  • Coordinating hybrid meetings and technology setups for global collaboration.
  • Facilitating communication across global teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Supporting colleagues traveling from international locations with logistics and onsite needs.
  • Navigating time zone differences and global workflows with ease.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with hybrid meeting technologies and global collaboration tools
