The Opportunity
The Office Manager serves as the operational anchor of our Boston site, ensuring the office functions as an efficient, welcoming, and highly collaborative hub for leadership and global teams. This role requires a professional who excels in coordination, communication, and problem-solving, and who can anticipate needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Office Manager provides direct support to the leadership team while enabling seamless collaboration for colleagues and stakeholders visiting from around the world. This position requires full-time, on-site presence.
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
Operational Excellence & Office Management

- Maintaining vendor relationships, service contracts, and building management interactions.
- Implementing efficient processes for supplies, equipment, and workspace readiness.

- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Collaboration, interpersonal communication, customer service orientation

- Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, leadership, and global visitors.
- Building strong relationships across departments and time zones.
- Ensuring visiting colleagues have the resources, workspace, and support needed for productive collaboration.

Executive & Administrative Support
Prioritization, discretion, reliability, executive presence

- Providing administrative support to leadership team members, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management.
- Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and documentation.
- Supporting planning and execution of leadership offsites, board meetings, and cross-functional events.

Global Collaboration & Communication
