The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven HR Transformation Project Coordinator to join us as we transform HR at Dechra. This is more than a coordination role – it's your chance to support a an enterprise-wide HR evolution, modernising the way we work and helping to improve how we deliver HR services to our employees.

Role Responsibility
So, what will you be doing?
This role has a broad and varied remit but you’ll be supporting our Group Talent & Inclusion Director and cross-functional teams in rolling out high-impact initiatives. Some of the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Orchestrating project timelines, stakeholder actions, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Providing first-class admin support for transformation and change activities
Collaborating with key departments like Finance, HR Admin, and the Transformation Office to align efforts and meet milestones
Supporting the preparation of engaging comms – from presentations to FAQs, helping manage change with clarity and confidence
Tracking project performance, maintaining risk logs, and keeping documentation up to date
Presenting and preparing HR data, for example in visually impactful ways to inform decisions and track progress
Ensuring transformation goals stay aligned with wider business and HR strategies
The Candidate

You will also need to have:
A solid understanding of HR processes and compliance
Experience in HR, project coordination, or organisational change
Top-tier communication and collaboration skills
Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Ideally, experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle Fusion)
