The Opportunity
To develop, deliver and monitor a Global Communications Plan for the Dechra Manufacturing & Supply (DMS) division, ensuring clear, consistent and engaging communication across all manufacturing sites. The role will sit within the Global Corporate Communications team and act as the primary comms partner for DMS, representing the needs of the division while leveraging company-wide channels and standards. The role will enhance speed, clarity and inclusivity of messaging, supporting change, transformation and employee engagement within the division. In addition to supporting DMS, the role will contribute to other global initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring effective communication across the broader organisation.
Role Responsibility
This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Designing and delivering the internal communications strategy for the DMS division, aligned with global communications standards.
- Developing a global comms plan and content calendar to drive consistent, engaging messaging across all manufacturing sites.
- Creating compelling content and campaigns that connect colleagues to our purpose, values, and transformation journey.
- Acting as the communications partner to the DMS Senior Leadership Team, offering guidance and support.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and site-based comms ambassadors to ensure impactful, inclusive messaging for frontline colleagues.
- Supporting change and transformation projects with timely, targeted communication.
- Contributing to global communications initiatives beyond DMS, helping to shape how we engage our people worldwide.
- Championing recognition and sharing success stories to celebrate achievements across the business.

Additional Information:
- Occasional global travel may be required with this role.
- This role is based in Northwich / hybrid
